CROWN Compounds and CROWN Pipes General Assemblies

On August 5 and August 19, 2024, the CROWN Compounds and CROWN Pipes divisions held their respective General Assemblies at the Bulacan Plant, bringing together employees to reinforce the company's core values. The gatherings featured talks by selected managers who introduced and explained the CROWN ACE-I Creed, the guiding principle aimed at shaping the work ethics and culture within the organization.

The CROWN ACE-I Creed, which stands for Attitude, Commitment, Excellence, and Integrity, was the central theme of the discussions. Managers emphasized the importance of having a positive attitude to foster a collaborative work environment, commitment to company goals, excellence in job performance, and integrity in all business dealings.
