Mixing

Extrusion

  8. Records into the extrusion process monitoring (EPM) the accurate reading of operating parameters, product grade report, shutdown/start-up times, laboratory samples, production input/output; as well as any abnormal activities during the production shift.

  9. Pack the output product in 25 kg. or jumbo bags and sew them shut accordingly; Checks to ensure that each bag is weighed accurately as per standard weight before sewing and/or sealing.

  10. Arrange the finished products per pallet in either 40-bags or 50-bags configuration.

  11. Attach the proper labels in the finished products, i.e. bag #, shift, operator’s name, supervisor’s name, product grade, lot #, etc.
