CADET ENGINEER (for pooling)
- Ensures that all machineries, equipments, facilities are running in good condition
- Ensures that all machineries are operated and installed in accordance to the standard procedures and safety measures
- Diagnose and repairs plant machines and equipments which stopped functioning correctly including the set-up, installation and/or replacement of either parts.

TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- Promotes and sells the products (both manufactured and traded) of the Compounds division to industrial accounts.
- Strictly implements company policies and guidelines on pricing, minimum order quantities, delivery methods and other conditions of sale, as well as company policies on customer credit, e.g. credit terms, limits, etc.
- Collects on a timely basis all trade accounts receivables.
- Follows company procedures on turnover and reporting of sales collections and on liquidation of cash advances for business purposes.
- Develops new accounts/customers within his assigned area of geographic, market and/or product coverage.

WAREHOUSE HEAD
- Accountable and responsible overall for the warehousing activities of the Compounds Division, involving receiving, house-keeping, issuing, safe-keeping, security, transaction-recording, record-keeping, and physical counting of all inventory materials, products and supplies stored in the warehouses.
- Ensures that all inventory in warehouses are stored properly, neatly, orderly, securely, safely and in a manner that will allow for efficient withdrawal/issuance.
- Ensures that all storage spaces are clean and that all storage racks/bins are secured, properly-labeled and easy accessible.
- Strictly follows the approved inventory levels to be maintained per item.
- Sees to it that movements of materials/goods in/out of the warehouses are properly and accurately documented (e.g. ADR, RR, MRIS, TOS, supplier retrurns, customer returns, etc.) and authorized, on a real time basis.
Qualifications:
- College graduate from a reputable university with an Engineering degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- At least five (5) yrs of experience in the Logistics/Warehousing function, with the last three (3) yrs in a supervisory/management capacity
- Must have several years experience in a manufacturing, retail-oriented environment
- Knowledgeable in MRP/ ISO 9000/ SPC

PLANT ELECTROMECHANIC
1. Responsible for the daily monitoring, maintenance, improvement, trouble- shooting and repair/ rescue of production equipment ( both electrical and mechanical). based on established parameters/ standards.
2. Electrical activities:
